The best Italian restaurant I know. Always get me spaghetti with white wine sauce and tuna, which can't be beat in terms of taste. Wouldn't eat any other pizzas either, as you get used to the good quality here. Price / performance ratio is also very good, as expensive restaurants often cannot hold a candle to their taste. Even during the Corona period, I like to buy something here and the money doesn't hurt anyone if you support the restaurant. If this restaurant didn't exist, Viechtach would lose one of the most important things. The staff is always nice and you can understand when it's stressful in summer.

I thought it was delicious today, the staff was very attentive. I can only recommend the restaurant.

During the shutdown in the Corona time, I supported the restaurant with hundreds of euros, but now it's a little more busy and you consciously hang up the phone every time, which different people have already observed. This has been the case many times before and at some point you won't buy any more food, no matter how good it is. You wouldn't say anything if this happened and you told them on the phone that you were stressed, but I've never seen anything like it. You would even have less work because you only want to take the food away. But now the funniest part: bulk orders, etc. are accepted as long as you go to the restaurant in person. This was also not a problem for people without a mouthguard who could not behave. I'm sorry, but this way you lose customers who have bought something several times a week to competition that is 30km away. Supporting local restaurants is all well and good, but in Viechtach this will only be done at individual restaurants in the future.

The service is very friendly 😊, the food is of good quality 👍. The prices are very good, only the shrimp were overpriced compared to the rest of the menu. Unfortunately, the price was only visible on the invoice, since we took it in addition to our pasta 🤷‍♂️. Therefore only 4 stars.

I can't answer your review directly, so I have to write one. I am a waitress in Pizzeria Bella Italia Dear Mr. Fabian Wenzel !!!!! I work with a face mask all day long !!! No matter though is 30 ° and in the kitchen is 40 °. Tell me when are you so scared why are you going to restaurant? If you come with a face mask but you sit at the table without, you eat your food without, you drink without !! But okay! Another question when does it bother you when (!) Someone is without a mask why don't you complain immediately? No complaint came to me !!!!!! Did you just write ball bad reviews but you can't open your mouth when did it happen? Do you have your rights to say or not?

Been there for the first time, looked at the reviews beforehand and actually went there with a very positive and confident feeling. The pizza tasted very, very tasty, perfect quality. However, we sat around 30 minutes before we were even served, the waitress passed us several times. After I complained, it went well. But I have to say, unfortunately, that is the least if customers are willing to respond directly. Unfortunately, what I found worst of all was that the topic of mouth and nose protection played a minor role. The waitress initially had no mouth and nose protection at all and finally one who was regularly pulled under the chin and simply forgotten to pull it up again when guests were in contact. As well as the normally prescribed lists for data comparison for the health offices were missing. After all, this is about protecting and protecting the health of guests and staff. Hence only the 2 out of 5 stars.

The food is just fabulous. The service was super courteous and very quick, despite the restaurant being very well staffed, everything was there super quickly! Hats off to the service in the 3 hours where we were eating the mouth protection was not a must in my opinion because it is super exhausting at 30 degrees to wear it! That's why I don't understand a rating here if someone doesn't like something he has to say something and not through Google! This is my opinion !

Alleys to park, even though your own parking lot is in front of the door .. pregnant women have to walk 100m to get to the gynecologist behind it .. no sign of insight ... If you look at the owner's answers to the previous speakers, you immediately know what's going on. Sending customers to McDonald because you want to be treated as a guest as a guest is the very last thing.

Culinary diversity was never realy great in the town of Viechtach and it is rather declining... Bella Italia is, in my opinion, the only place left in town for a good meal at the right price. The restaurant has an extensive menu and is at certain times very busy. Service is good, quick and staff is friendly but at busy time some waiting has to be accepted.
